Good location within walking distance of transport hubs and some sights. Easy Check in. Rooms comfortable if a little dated.
Breakfast was a let down. Extremely busy whatever time we went - food offering poor and not really an 'American' style breakfast in our opinion. Tables crampt and was all very disorganised.

Such a nice experience. It's easy base for visiting some must see attractions in Rome. Loved the suite and the way it was setup. Besides, free wifi is a bonus.
The street, as it's crowded.
-
10-15 min walk to the coliseum, close to the train station, WiFi was very good
-
It's just walking distance from palazzo barberini, accessible to everything. We loved the location and breakfast. Don't forget to explore Repubblica neighbourhood.
Nothing, no complaints at all!
-
Excellent location near Termini station. Dated property and furniture but good comfort of bedroom and bathroom. Our room is well soundproofed. Good and varied breakfast. Breathtaking view on the seventh floor of the building. Friendly staff.
Maybe it's because of the cold season, but the breakfast room on the seventh floor perhaps is too exposed, it was really cold!

One of the few hotels that have a breakfast room on the top floor with a discreet view and not in a room without windows on the ground floor or basement.
-
The things I appreciate most in the facility are the courtesy and cleanliness and for these aspects the Hotel Diana deserves 10 points. Another positive aspect is the central location that permits to easily reach various tourist areas of the city and Termini Station.
Unfortunately, my room on the first floor with the back window was not very quiet as I could hear the noise of the air conditioners' motors.

Panoramic terrace
The room was very small as well as the bathroom. Everything needs to be modernized
-
The proximity to the station and the kindness of the waiter in that evening at the restaurant when I was the only guest.
The breakfast leaves much to be desired, little choice and few tables compared to the number of guests. In the room it was really too hot. Dinner at the restaurant was acceptable but the price is exaggerated compared to the food quality.
-
Perfect location near the Termini station. There is no division, with at least glass door, between the sleeping area and the bathroom (sink and shower). As a result, as soon as you use it, it's like being in a single room. the windows overlook an atrium with scaffolding that seems to be in disuse. for a 4 star at least a pair of slippers would be nice.
-
Beautiful roof garden. Good breakfast.
I would have preferred to have a bathtub instead of a shower, as I had asked.

Stayed in this hotel for only 1 night before finishing my holidays in Italy. The hotel is located only about 3 minutes' walk away from the Termini, which is very handy. The facilities in the hotel are quite standard for a 4 star hotel. The single room is spacious compared with other hotels I had stayed previously. The view from the roof top bar/restaurant is absolutely stunning! I loved enjoying a glass of wine and the view at the same time. If you stay in the hotel, you really should make full use of this restaurant.
The room I was given didn't not have neither internet connection or satelite TV; I was told that they could change the room for me, but I still have to pay for the internet, 10 Euro for 1 day or 5 Euro for 1 hour; the staff are not very helpful or friendly, it seemed that they didn't really care; Very simple breakfast, only a few choices.
-
Clean room and nice spacious bathroom. Breakfast was very good value for money and we got it outside on the sunny roof terrasse, just great! Not a lot of free TV channels.
It was a bit hot the night we spent and the airco was not working! I guess the management is turning it on only later in the year?!...
-
Excelent room and room service. Very beautiful breakfast place. Good location.
No music and cartoon chanel on TV. Breakfast was good, but without fresh vagitables.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was also really convenient for train arrival and departure.
The charge for the television
